How are MCC orders prepared?

Due to the current situation of Coronavirus (Covid-19), we inform our customers that the preparation and delivery times may be slightly extended.

Having no logistics partner, orders are prepared by the MCC team like always. We have to work from home as much as possible and the preparation of the orders and the shipping frequencies will be reduced to twice a week: on Mondays and Thursdays.


Have delivery times and prices been changed?

As the delivery times by carriers have been extended, regular times cannot be guaranteed anymore.

Pick-Up station in France - Shipping on Monday and Thursday if your pickup station is opened

In Europe 

Home delivery: €18 and free over €400 for some countries. Shipping on Monday and Thursday

Delivery in Pick-up station: €14 and free over 350 for some countries. Shipping on Monday and Thursday if your pickup station is opened

How is shipping at pick-up station working now?

If your pick-up station is opened and accepts parcels then you can choose the shipping at pick-up station. 

The carrier may change the pick-up station if there is an issue with the initial one.

Please note that pick-up stations which remain open might be saturated and might reject packages.

If you are in a rush and you would like to receive your order as soon as possible and safely, we highly recommend you to choose the home express delivery. 


What are the steps to follow if I want to return or exchange a product right now?

Exceptionally, for orders placed between November 15, 2020 and December 22, 2020, exchanges are possible until January 6, 2021.

Outside these dates, the return request must be made within 14 days after receiving your order and the return parcel must be sent during this same delay of 14 days, as usual.

 

We will not be able to receive parcels back at the office since we are only there twice a week.

Please prefer the pickup station delivery at "FAMILY MARKET" or Consigne Pickup Gare Porte de Clichy or Consigne PickUp Poste Brochant.
