When will I receive my order?

Due to the current situation of Coronavirus (Covid-19), we inform our customers that the preparation and delivery times may be slightly extended. Please have a look to our FAQ "COVID-19".

PREPARATION OF THE ORDERS:

.

As orders are personalized, we need 3 working days maximum following your online purchase to prepare your order (except saturdays, sundays and holidays, expect pre-orders and any opposite notifications). 

If you order a product available for pre-order, you acknowledge that the deadlines are not guaranteed and the delay may be extended. The particular case of pre-orders is explained in other questions..

WITHDRAWAL AT THE OFFICE: 3 working days maximum

To avoid shipping fees and to get your order faster and after having received the confirmation email "Available at MCC's office", you can come to collect your order at our office in Paris, 75017, by appointment during weekdays from 9:30am to 7pm.

Please note, from the date your order is available, you have 14 days to collect it and request a return. After this period, we will be able to take back the item(s) for exchange or credit only.

DELIVERY IN FRANCE:

.

Delivery at a pickup station in France:  24-48h counting from the shipment (except in special cases*). 

  • If you place your order between Monday and Wednesday night – you will receive your order between Friday afternoon and Saturday afternoon. 
  • If you place your order between Thursday and Sunday night – you will receive your order between Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday afternoon of the following week.

Delivery at home in France

When you place your order, expect 2 to 3 working days to receive your order counting from its shipment.

Express delivery at home in France

When you place your order, expect 1 working day to receive your order counting from its expedition.

We suggest that you chose a pickup station delivery, because in our experience it ensures less thefts, loses and unexpected occurrences and a better tracking.

DELIVERY IN EUROPE:

The delivery deadlines in Europe are not guaranteed.

According to the countries of delivery:

Delivery at pickup stations: within 2 to 4 days from the date of shipment.

Delivery at home: within 2 to 4 days with signature, before 7pm, from the date of shipment.

*The preparation time as well as the shipment time can be longer in times of sales, holidays, special discounts, days off and preorders. This also varies on your choice of pickup station and its opening hours. Please be also aware that some pickup stations can be full during inflow period.

FREE SHIPPING IN FRANCE FROM €250 & FREE WITHDRAWAL AT THE PARISIAN OFFICE:

PICKUP STATION

Shipping to a Pickup station within 24h/48h, from the date of shipment (Metropolitan France except Corsica):

Free from €250 (€5 below this amount).

The parcel stays 7 days at the delivery station. If it isn't picked up in time, the parcel will be sent back to us.

HOME DELIVERY

Home delivery within 48/72hfrom the date of shipment:

Free from €275 (€8 below €70 and 10€ between €70 and €275).

If delivery is not possible, the parcel is placed at the Post Office or at a pickup station..

EXPRESS

Home delivery within 24h before 6pm, from the date of shipment (Metropolitan France except Corsica):

€14 TTC

Delivery in a 2-hour window is announced (several reprogramming options are available).

If delivery is not possible, the parcel is placed at the Post Office or at a pickup station..

For a delivery in Corsica, please select in the "country" tab: "Corsica (France)" and not "France", supplements being applied by certain carriers. Deadlines may be extended for Corsica.

WITHDRAWAL OF YOUR MY CHOUPI CHOUZ AT THE PARISIAN OFFICE

You can also withdraw your orders at the My Choupi Chouz office in Paris (75017) to avoid the shipping fees, delays and it's more ecological in public transport ;) by choosing "withdrawal at the office" (from Monday to Friday, from 9:30am to 7pm, by appointment).

An email will be sent to you when your order is ready with all the information to come pick up your nice products!

Please note, from the date your order is available, you have 14 days to collect it and request a return. After this period, we will be able to take back the item(s) for exchange or credit only.

Delivery in Switzerland via FEDEX at €25.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Certain countries outside the European Union may be subject to additional charges (duties, taxes) upon reception depending upon the legislation of their country. 

The payment of the possible taxes shall remain the sole responsibility of the Customer.  Customs charges and other taxes must be paid off by the Customer directly with the carrier. 

MCC doesn’t have to verify and to inform every Customer of the possible applicable taxes, it is up to the Customer to inquire with the competent authorities of the country of destination.


What will happen if I order products for pre-order as well as products in stock?

If you order products in stock with products for pre-order, they will be sent together (at the same time as the pre-ordered products). If you want to receive the products in stock before then please place two different orders.


Can I add extra products to my delivery of products for pre-order?

If during the delay when you're waiting for your pre-order, you want to order an other product, you can choose “Pick up at the office” for free. The products will be sent with your first order, without additional delivery fees.

Nevertheless, please don’t forget to add a message in your order or send an email at hello@mychoupichouz.fr to inform us of your additional choice.


Why the delay is longer than usual?

During sales, holidays, special discounts, days off and preorders, the preparation time as well as the shipment time can be elongated. MCC cannot be held responsible of a wrong indication of the order reception time frame.

When products are for preorder, we need a certain about of time to produce it and the estimated shipment date is indicated on the page of the product. The shipment time can also be elongated in this scenario.

How can I track my order? 

As soon as your order will be picked by the carrier, you will receive an email "shipped" and you will be able to track your order with the tracking number accessible in “My order history and details” in the ”My account” page of our website. 

You can also track your order at anytime and download your invoice from there.

If you haven't created a client account when placing your order, you can track your order in the “Guest tracking” page of our website. 


What should I do if I have a delivery issue? 

From the moment your order is shipped from our local, your package is in the hands of external carriers.

Since they are external companies to My Choupi Chouz and since delivery problems can happen, we track your orders daily from our delivery service platform.

If we detect anything abnormal with your order, we will open an investigation in order to know the position of your order and we will contact you if necessary. 

If your order is delayed by more than three days, we invite you to write us at hello@mychoupichouz.fr so that we can help you receive your order as quickly as possible. 


Do you ship internationally? 

We deliver in the EU, the UK and Switzerland. 

.

For the moment, we do not do ship further away but we will open shipment to other countries as soon as possible. Stay tuned!

Tip: You can order to a friend or family’s house in Europe and ask them to then ship you the package.
