Delivery

As orders are personalized, we need a maximum of 3 working days, after your online purchase, to prepare your order (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, excluding pre-orders and unless special notifications). We usually ship orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

If a product does not suit you, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to request a return for a refund, credit note or exchange and return the product concerned and unworn. You will be asked to contribute to the cost of the return and we will then offer you the exchange delivery (for the shoes) to a pickup station in France.
