How to choose my boots?
Our boots fit normally. We recommend taking your usual size.
If you are between two sizes, we suggest that you take the larger size and put on an insole if necessary.

The majority of our boots are made of leather, so they will soften slightly with time and use and you will gain in comfort.
However, depending on your morphology, one model of ankle boot may suit you more than another. For example, models with elastic and laces are always more flexible than models with zip (due to the construction and flexibility of the elastic) and therefore will be better suited to wide ankles.
Nevertheless, our zip boots have been designed to suit a greater number of body types, thanks to a slit on the side for the boots 3 and an upper width that is both aesthetic and pleasant to wear for the boots 5.

Model 1 like the Batilius: One of the models with elastic which therefore implies more flexibility at the ankle, in the same shape as the boots 3 & 4, high boots and over-the-knee boots, with a mid-pointed/mid-rounded toe. This model has the lowest shoe upper of our Chouz, slightly low-cut, which suits many body types.
Model 2 like the Legendre: The model with a wider elastic giving it good flexibility, in the same shape as the boots 5, with a rounded square toe. This model has a upper height similar to the boots 3 & 5 and is a relatively close-fitting model, allowing good foot support. It suits well all body types, thanks to the elastic.

Model 3 like the Villiers: A model with a zip, in the same shape as the boots 1 & 4, high boots and over-the-knee boots, with a mid-pointed/mid-rounded toe. The slit on the side allows to gain mobility around the ankle. The upper is higher than the boots 1 and similar to the boots 2 & 4. The boot is a little wider around the ankle than model 2. The sole is thicker than on other models: with welt (except for its bi-material snake version).

Model 4 like the Wagram: our model with laces allows an adjustment for each type of instep, therefore also more flexibility, in the same shape as the boots 1 & 3, high boots and over-the-knee boots, with a mid-pointed/mid-rounded toe. This model has an intermediate shoe upper between the boots 1 & 3 (really close to the boots 3). It suits well all body types, thanks to the laces.
Model 5 like the Iéna: our second model of boots with zip, with the stitching in the middle, in the same shape as the boots 2, with a rounded square toe. This model has the highest upper, similar to the highest part of the boots 2 and is a relatively close-fitting model, which allows good foot support. It hits above the ankle and is therefore very comfortable to wear.
